Remarks: Buckskin coat with fringe on shoulders and down arms, one row down center back, beaded eagle epaulets on shoulders signifying rank of colonel, nine plain brass buttons down front, double split tail, floral beadwork throughout, 2 pockets on each side.

Inscription: The buttons on this jacket are marked “Paris” and have the initials “WBC” on them
