Coe | Tanned hide piece with split rawhide segment sewn to verso of hide piece, and covered with cotton muslin cloth. Thin hide strips looped through on either end in center of verso. Hide piece is fully beaded majority white, with nine (9) vertical 1"L lines in dark blue with red white center lines, with three (3) of the lines have ¾ yellow beads and red top. Outer edges are dark blue, and entire perimeter is dark blue double beaded. 24 brass stars attached to top and bottom of hide piece. Split rawhide segment is wrapped with bright red quills, separated at bottom with light blue beads.
