Remarks:
Willow branches stripped, graduated in length - short to long/top to bottom- and bound together down center with interwoven sinew in a triangle shape. Sides and top are bound with red cloth approx. 2" W - hand stitched. Very top has triangle shaped hanging tab of same red cotton cloth with green decorative overlay in geometric vertebrae design. All machine sewn. Additional decorative back cover - 23"L in blue wool cloth, backed in plain cotton muslin, edged on entire perimeter in red cotton cloth, leather fringe on top and bottom, Large floral design on wool in glass seed beads. Three (3) horizontal abstract floral designs, attached with a stem in: white, rose, translucent green, terra cotta, gold, turquoise, translucent red and bright green. Bottom zig-zag design in turquoise blue beads. Faded green pigment on the sinew strip going up the willows ¼ way up from bottom.
