Remarks:
Utensils and Implements, Household. Foundation of woven string and twine overwrapped with corn husks and yarn. One side has 4 vertical rows of opposing stairstep designs worked in dyed blue and rose cornhusks. Other side has diagonal rows of striped parallelograms worked in combinations of dyed cornhusks and yarns, color combinations are: aqua-black-maroon-black-aqua, aqua-maroon-black-maroon-aqua, rose-aqua-black-aqua-rose, orange-green-maroon-green-orange, and orange-aqua-black-aqua-orange. Written on paper found inside bag: Katherine Barnaby/Aug. 27 1944.
