Remarks:
Dress and Adornment - Personal Adornment. Bandolier - two strips and tail of otter hair and hide with wrapped quillwork and yarn tassles down each side and top. Loom beaded band across top front. Wrapped quillwork, tin cone and feather puff danglers on hide. Quillwork medallion at bottom center. Eleven circular metal framed mirrors on hide with red and yellow ribbons.
