Modern copy of Chief's Wearing Blanket, Third Phase style, Navajo, nine spot copy in red, white, blue and black. Woven by Mary Tapaha, Ganado, AZ. Very firmly and smoothly executed heavyweight floor weave having 7 warp and 40-42 weft threads to the linear inch. Lazy lines are tight and incospicuous. Workmanship is excellent. Condition as new. JBW Standard Third Phase pattern, hand spun, analine dyes.
