Dress and Adornment - Personal Adornments & Ritual Regalia. Object: Horn headdress - red wool cloth spine with tanned hide skull cap. Hawk feathers and split buffalo horns attached to skull piece with overlay bead decoration across front band with red string tassles on each side. Eagle feathers down center of trailer. Tribe: Crow or Arikara.
