Remarks:
Dress and Adornment - Personal Adornments & Ritual Regalia. Horn headdress - felt skull cap with buffalo hair and horns on top, white conch shell on each side, commercial braiding ribbon on front of skull cap. Feather and tube bead tassles arrangement on back with ermine strips hanging from metal disc and feathers hanging from tips of horns. Black horse hair trailer.
