Dress and Adornment - Status Symbols and Insignia of Office. Case, beaded strip and handwritten certificate in frame which accompanies Sitting Bull's tomahawk (see related object). Beaded strip is triangular, blue, red and yellow designs on white ground, leather fringe; case has bronze plaque, photo of Sitting Bull and black edging on front of door and includes key to lock.
