Remarks:
Straight channeler. Dark, round, wooden handle with leather tab tacked into bottom of it - attached to metal end of tool. Metal end of tool has 2 adjustable screws, one that regulates the depth of the blade, and one that adjusts the fence. Inscription on one side. Used for cutting a vertical channel into leather near the edge, for stitching. Probably used in harness making. See similar tool in Gomph catalog, pg 7.
