Remarks:
Chisel. Flat metal tool with square end. Handle tapers down to thin sharp blade. Handle has square sided edges and flat end. Inscription on flat side; in a rectangle shaped seal; and on back side. Was an Osborne half round or round punch cut down to form chisel.
