Remarks:
A compass racer used for cutting grooves for stitching. Two pointed, forked metal points hinged together like a compass with template piece and thumbscrews. One point of end folded over creating a flat blade. Other is a sharp point. Marked on side. Functions as a stitch groover. See similar item in J. Dixon catalog, illustration #157.
