Utensils and Implements, Household. Thin rawhide cylinder with round cap at both ends, long edges and bottom cap are "stitched" in place with along heavy buckskin thongs which also serve as decorative fringes; front sides are painted with two wide triangles of green inside which are tall triangles of yellow, bordering the green triangles are 2 half hourglass desings with v bottoms in red with yellow in the v- all outlined in blue, along the short sides of the center design are 2 orange lines containing green triangles and parallel to them on both ends are red triangles outlined in blue, an orange outline goes around the whole design and outlines a blank rectangle on the back of the cylinder. Top caps have a center strip bordered in blue with hourglass designs in blue with crossbars also in blue, bordering the center band are 2 red triangles outlilned in blue then a yellow space containing a blue triangle pointing toward the center; holes in caps and edges of cylinders contain buckskin thong ties as do holes in the back sides of the cylinders.
