Remarks:
Dress and Adornment, Status Symbols and Insignia of Office. Felt hat center with string in center for hanging. Red wool wrapped eagle(?) feathers with white bands over red attached to hat with magenta down feathers in bands. Red, white and blue ribbons attached to hat and two yellow down feathers attached to feather tips with white horse hair streamers.
