Remarks:
Dress and Adornment, Status Symbols and Insignia of Office. Inner felt hat with lots of restitching. Mottled brown and white large feathers each wrapped with red wool and string at base. Attached to felt hat inner are strips of white fur hanging down. Feathers tipped with white small feather tufts. Green ribbon with white button on sides where white fur pieces attach, String through each feather about 4" up from base to stabilize.
