Dress and Adornment, Status Symbols and Insignia of Office. Dark brown inner felt, brown eagle feathers wrapped in red wool at base with smaller dark feathers. Green scalloped wool and maroon cotton at band. String through each feather about 5" up to stabilize. Old glue where tips had feathers or fur glued on.
