Remarks:
Feather bonnet with red horsehair streamers. Green felt hat, 26 eagle feathers wrapped in green felt and red feathers at base, red horse hair at tips attached with single hide strip; beaded brow band with red cross design in center, and 2 triangular patterns in green, red, yellow, and blue glass beads on white background. Small square designs on inner triangle patterns. Right side of cap has Red-tailed hawk and Northern Harrier feathers attached with sinew. “Commander feather” in crown of cap attached with sinew and covered with white and red porcupine quills. Inner cap adorned with Red-tailed hawk feathers and attached with sinew.
