Dress and Adornment, Daily and/or Festive Adornment. 19 dark feathers 10" long each with stripped shafts, quill end folded and wrapped around string to form center circle, string would around each feather about 2" up from center to stabalize. Darl feathers have cut white feather, white fur tuft and orange down feather glued on eac, orange feather and fur at tips.
