Remarks:
Though similar to the Ballard patent deringer pistols, Marlin's pistols were based on his patent (No. 101,637) issued April 5, 1870. The Never Miss model was available in three rimfire chamberings: .22, .32, and .41 | The accession number was adhered to the exhibit mount and a new number was applied during the 07/2009 inventory.
