Remarks:
WGM Notes: .44 cal lever action, Experimental Model 1873 tubular magazine rifle 30" round barrel half magazine. This rifle has two wooden cheek like pieces fastened to the finger bow of operating lever. This rifle also has a slight change from the regular in the form of the spring cover and the charging opening in the receiver. This gun bears the serial number 2332. There is no written record for this object.
