Gloss:
The Model 1911 self-loading shotgun was the Winchester firm's first semi-automatic shotgun. Yet another design of Thomas Crossley Johnson, the Model 1911 was a recoil operated, hammerless arm available in field, fancy trap and pigeon grades. Barrels were available in full or modified choke or cylinder bore. Chambered for 12 gauge, 2 3/4-inch shells, the magazine capacity was five shot shells.
