Remarks:
No. 4 – Sturm Ruger & Company New Model Blackhawk .44 caliber Revolver, serial number 46-58769. The barrel, ejector housing, cylinder, lock frame, back strap and trigger guard of blued steel; the hammer polished bright; the grips of ebony set with a polished turquoise butt cap mounted in silver. The barrel, ejector housing, lock frame, cylinder, hammer sides, back strap and trigger guard engraved by Paul Lantuch with deeply chiseled foliate scrollwork; the muzzle and breech of the barrel inlaid with gold bands, as is the rear periphery of the cylinder. Condition: Factory New Notes: This revolver is illustrated and fully described in Wilson (1996), pp. 140-141.
