Dress and Adornment - Personal Adornment & Ritual Regalia. Object: Hair ornament - commercially tanned leather and rawhide disc with metal, brass tack design (11 along edge, 1 center). Overlay bead decoration along outside edge of rawhide. Two eagle feathers on each side of top with cut and red dyed feathers in center. Several ermine strips hanging down back with frayed red wool tassles.
