Dress and Adornment - Personal Adornment and Ritual Regalia. Hair ornament - leather strip with German silver conchos attached. One end is decorated with black horsehair; the other end is decorated with a red, white and blue beaded rosette and a single golden eagle feather with red fluffs attached to a circular piece of rawhide.
