Object: Hair ornament - yellow dyed horse hair and leather strip, with porcupine quills on one side, two yellow stripes on red ground, blue edge beading. Numerous leather dangles wrapped with red porcupine quills and tipped with tin cones and red dyed horse hair or red feathers.
