Dress and Adornment - Personal Adornment. Horn headdress - buffalo hide skull cap with two whole buffalo horns. Ermine strips wrapped with green cloth and green ribbons extending from sides of cap. Black felt trailer with eagle feathers having white feather puffs at base, blue feather puffs at tips with horse hair tassles. Red wool wrapped at base of eagle feathers.
