Remarks:
Turban style headdress. Wide head band lined with red wool, outside covered with white cow hide and fur. Brass buttons along edge of red cloth trim; blue and red cut feathers attached inside edge of trim; red/white/blue plaid ribbons sewn to back of headdress. Seven (7) turkey feathers sewn inside headband; red, pink and blue feathers at bases. Plastic ring with metal spring, horse hair braid, fur and strings tied near each temple. 1950s headdress per EIH’s examination/notes.
