Remarks:
Headdress assembled by lacing with white hide, hawk feathers and yellow plumes wrapped in blue tradecloth onto a man's brown felt hat. Each feather has a smaller blue feather and white horse tail adhered to its tip. A 1 1/4 " band of blue, orange and yellow seed beads in a geometric design on a white ground with plastic backing is sewn across forehead.
