Remarks:
Tanned hide folded into tube, cut straight across top with slight taper towards the bottom with large, self-fringed (1 ½" W x up to 4 in. L) pieces with rough edges on the minimal flap. Sides are bound with small pieces of leather thong. (19) hair bundles (Anglo) added to fringe side with sinew wrap and attached to thong. Short looped fringe added to finished cuff. 11 stripes of alternating and widely spaced plain sky blue or white seed beads on recto. 3 on lower leg 5 ¼" L x ¾" W; upper 8 are 2" L x ½" W. Tie at top is added on. Plain verso.
