Remarks:
Pair of leggings numbered (a) and (b). Rectangle pieces of leather, quilled on front in yellow background with possible Lakota spider designs (2) on each in purple, red and off white quills. Five other designs in boxes of red and purple. Sides are fringed in metal cones with red feather fluffs; opposite side is edged in dark blue silk ribbon. Backed in black calico cloth; and seamed on edge with cones. Bat wings in partially folded strip of red calico cloth. 3 satin ribbons in red and green attached to outer top. 3 leather ties on top and bottom for attaching. Sparse amount of red pigment on edges with metal cones. Possibly dance outfit leggings.
