Remarks:
Dress and Adornment, Dress and/or Festive Adornment. Brain tanned buckskin uppers, yellow ochre dyed on unbeaded areas, rawhide soles; A is pieced together. Front two-thirds of uppers are crudely lazy stitch beaded with a center unbeaded V bordered on the inside by a white band with navy blue crosses and on the outside by a white band with navy, red, amber and light blue rectangles; balance of upper is beaded in clear medium blue with a lower border of royal and red diagonal bars on white, navy crosses on clear, red rectangles on white and greasy blue rectangles. Upper edges are picot beaded with white and navy blue. Heal seam is covered with double rows of greasy blue, white, red and navy. Buckskin thong ties are laced through buckskin around ankle and tie over the folded down tongue.
