The Paul Dyck Plains Indian Buffalo Culture Collection, acquired through the generosity of the Dyck family and additional gifts of the Nielson Family and the Estate of Margaret S. Coe
Remarks:
Iron manufactured bullet mold for lead projectile. Diameter of mold is 0.5625" (1.42875 cm) Marked "24" on one side, for 24 gauge. Basic design. Either used for a flintlock or percussion gun, most likely a smooth bore musket. Warren Newman. CFM Curator, helped with this information.
