Personal Adornment & Ritual Regalia. Neck decoration - tanned on one side, brown fur on other. Center wrapped with green cloth, yellow, blue and red string and orange and blue ribbon tassles. Each bottom end wrapped with light and dark blue beads with brass bells and blue ribbon. Small ermine strips throughout.
