Remarks:
Two flies attached to paper label with onion skin-like paper folded over as a cover. Flies have white feather and brown fur, hook, line with loop at one end. Hook of fly is hooked through a slit in the label. Inscription beneath flies. One empty slot beside other flies, inscriptions beneath slots. Two perforations running down length of paper.
