Remarks:
Communication and Media Exchange/Writing and Records. Pictograph: Braintanned buckskin cut in animal hide shape, with red and navy drawings, a central circle has an Indian and White man holding hands with a head and warbonnet, a buffalo and a baby in carrier looking on surrounded by 2 tipis placed horizontally, other figures include a white man, a star over hills, a bear, a wolf or coyote, a pipe and 2 Indians holding hands. Buckskin is stretched on a peeled and smoothed twig frame with pink embroidery floss, framed and crosspieces are tied with buckskin thongs with another thong hanging strap at center top.
