Remarks:
Ritual and Recreation. Smoking and Narcotics. Beaded and quilled pipe bag. Front and back plain hide dyed green with beaded white bands with red and green crosses down the sides. Lower portion of bag is white with green and red diamond shape in center. Two green triangles extend from each point, outlined in red or red and blue. Top and bottom of area has blue triangle border, while sides have repeating design of two small strands of red beads. Red and yellow quilled hide extend from bottom and attach to hide fringe. On verso - center diamond design is blue and yellow with a red cross in the center. Two triangles at each end, outlined in red. Side triangles have blue and yellow "T" at top points. Same border designs as front. Quill work is red, yellow and purple-much brighter than the front. Alternating red, yellow, blue and white bands around opening at top.
