Ritual and Recreation: Smoking and Narcotics. Tanned and dyed with yellow ochre. Bead panel in lazy stitch geometirc design with bead border extending upwards from panel to bead border along top edge. Split "V" shape tabs at top outlined with clear plastic beads. Buckskin fringe along bottom edge.
