Ritual and Recreation: Smoking and Narcotics. Buckskin painted red with triangular shaped extension at bottom corner. Lazy stitch multi-color bead borders, triangles, crosses, circles and other geometric shapes throughtout. Multi-colored wrapped quillwork, tin cone and orange feather puff tassles attached throughout. Fringe along outside edges.
