Ritual and Recreation: Smoking and Narcotics. Leather with beaded horse and rider design in silver metallic beads, blue, red, green and yellow on white ground; beaded band; red horse on one side with brass metallic beads; quill wrapped fringe red, white, blue and plain leather fringe; quill tassle with metal cones and orange feathers at the bottom. Pokey was a member of the staff at Valley Ranch in the 1920's and 1930's.
