Ritual and Recreation: Smoking and Narcotics. Buckskin with lazy stitch bead borders (vertical, horizontal and diagonal) throughout upper half of bag. WR bead design on one side. Extension at bottom with serrated edge and red and black paint design (fragmentary). Buckskin fringe along bottom edge.
