Ritual and Recreation: Smoking and Narcotics. Buckskin with lazy stitch bead panel with blue and green geometric designs on lilac color background. Blue and red bead border up each side and along top edge. Two bead vertical extensions on top of panel. Rawhide strips below panel with mutli-color wrapped quillwork (fragmentary). Buckskin fringe along bottom. Wrapped quillwork buckskin thongs at top.
