Ritual and Recreation: Smoking and Narcotics. Buckskin with wrapped quillwork design (purple horse and yellow horse on red background). Quillwork border up one side and along top edge. Single row of blue beads above quillwork on top edge. Double buckskin thong tassle with tin cone and blue feather puffs at end.
