Ritual and Recreation: Smoking and Narcotics. Tanned, beaded along top edge and sides to beaded panel in lazy stitch geometric design. Tin cone and yellow horse hair danglers above panel. Quill wrapped, tin cone and horse hair danglers extending from top. Wrapped quillwork tassles at bottom with buckskin fringe attached.
