Ritual and Recreation: Smoking and Narcotics. Tanned with bead panel at bottom in lazy stitch geometric and U.S. flag design. Bead border lane extending upwards on each side of bag up to bead border along top edge. Wrapped quillwork tabs at bottom, fringe extending below quillwork.
