Ritual and Recreation: Smoking and Narcotics. Tanned, fully beaded in lazy stitch geometric design, border along top edge. Row of tin one and red feather puff danglers along bottom edge. Wrapped quillwork tassles below panel with buckskin fringe attached. Carved wooden pipe tamper attached at top.
