Remarks:
Ritual and Recreation: Smoking and Narcotics. Tanned and dyed with yellow ochre beaded along top edge with short fringe. Lazy stitch beaded border on each side to panel in geometric design, quill wrapped, tin cone and horse hair danglers extending from top. Wrapped quillwork tassles at bottom with buckskin fringe attached.
