Remarks:
Steatite and catlinite, in eccentric shape; vertical disc supported by narrow neck, with short, tapered anterior project, and long stem. Rounded in cross section, with flat bottom. Disc is catlinite inlaid with steatite stripe down center onto neck, and dividing disc in two sections - 5 lead dots on each side perimeter. End of stem/shank is 1 ½" of catlinte and narrow line of lead separating from steatite.
