Ritual and Recreation: Smoking and Narcotics. Circular shaped burnt wooden handle/stem with rasp design. Steel head with conventional blade and circular shaped bowl. Head has cut-out design. Animal fur tassle attached to stem/handle with wrapped bead design on top of fur. Head has circular shaped copper insets.
