Ritual and Recreation: Smoking and Narcotics. Circular shaped wooden handle/stem with otter fur wrapped around complete handle/stem. Tassle attached of red glass beads. ribbons and brass bells. Steel head with conventional balde and circular pipe bowl. Heart shaped cut out design on head.
