Remarks:
Ritual and Recreation: Smoking and Narcotics. Burnt wooden handle/stem with inside scalloped edge and checked stamped design with circular and diamond shaped inset. Steel head with conventional blade with engraved floral design and circular pipe bowl. Tin cone and red horse hair danglers at bottom of handle/stem. Could also be used for fighting.
